I just wanted to take this week to say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from my family to yours. After the holiday season, I will be sworn into my new position on the State Board of Education. I will continue to meet with experts across our state to provide informed articles regarding important issues in education. I look forward to taking a hands-on approach to supporting our schools with curriculum, instruction, and professional development in order to raise math and literacy rates across our state.
